What an unpleasant shock this morning. It's interesting to do a little investigating on the company that is doing the buy-out/merger. Seems they made an offer for Safety-Kleen on Nov. 20 at $27 per share and Nov. 21 Safety-Kleen got another offer for $30 per share. Hopefully another offer will come forward that will be better. Can't hurt to try-problem is that the buyout is not a done deal-there still is some risk that it won't go through for any number of reasons-but as long as you understand the risk, and give an all or none order( so you don't get killed with small trades that with commissions added drive your average price up) and have a target of at least a 20% return for a three month investment-its not a bad idea Gerry PS on an earlier post I made a comment that I had bought the stock at under .0059 ten years ago- That was poor grammar on my part-I own it at .01 from ten years ago-didn't want people to think I was too smart-Gerry
