UPDATE: Hillary’s troubles with Judicial Watch appear to be growing. Last week, U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton ordered the reopening of a Judicial Watch lawsuit against the State Department, “…concluding that the Hillary Clinton email scandal provided the plaintiff in the case with ‘newly discovered evidence.’” Judicial Watch, the plaintiff, had originally filed a Freedom of Information Act request in 2012, asking the State Dept for all documentation and records involving an advertisement produced by the US Embassy in Islamabad. According to Judicial Watch, the advertisement was “…seen as an apology for the Internet video that President Obama, then-Secretary of State Clinton, and other administration officials falsely blamed for inspiring ‘spontaneous demonstrations resulting in the attack on the U.S. Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya.” Judicial Watch had filed the FOIA request believing it would lead to the production of Benghazi-related documents by the Clinton State Dept. The suit was dropped when the State Department claimed to have no documents responsive to the JW request. However, when news that countless, possibly “official” documents/emails had been deleted from Hillary’s private server, Judge Walton ordered the suit reopened, upon the request of Judicial Watch. And the current State Department joined Judicial Watch in its request to reopen the suit!! Source newmediajournal.us
