Those were my impressions as well. Particularily with regard to the Networking slowing in growth rates. I can't say about the internet buildout overseas. I recently read an article about slower than expected growth in Japan, which surprised me. It is hard to tell whether internet access is as compelling elsewhere, even in technologically advanced countries, as it anecdotally seems to me here, and as I believe to others here on the SI threads.
