The man-made permanent droughts ending with man-made flooding. I'm really confused.

The one I like is Antarctica. The oceans are also absorbing "man-made" heat around Antarctica, which is causing record amounts of sea-ice. While this sea-ice is forming at temperatures below 0F all around Antarctica, the land ice is thinning at temperatures above 32F. I don't know how that happens, but it does.
