IMO, it is one of the biggest reasons for his failure as a president. While other presidents have carefully considered the advice of people who know more, Obama has often gone against the advice of those who know more than he does. This is how we got disasters like ISIS and Obamacare. Ben Carson, the great physician, was correct when he said Obama reminds him of a psychopath. It fits.
