I sent an email to Frank Peters expressing our concern over the stock price and wanting to know when things might turn around. Here's the reply:

From:
"Frank W. Peters" <frank@ftel.net>
To:
davidd@fnet.net

Soon:
I am as disturbed as you about the price but I assure you we are working on
many sales situations.

I am more enthused now than ever before.

Sic itur ad astra.

cheers

Martin, It's a shame that I'm the one who works for a Law Firm.<GGGG>
Interesting that currently there are so many gray areas of Internet Law and so many test cases coming to trial. I sure would hate to be one, but some people feel comfortable in that role. Of course, there is no gray area when it comes to libel or slander. I also wonder what civil litigation could be brought to bear on an individual whose actions interfere with a person's ability to make a living. Maybe Frank or Helen should consider this option against people who make statements that are erroneous and 'damaging'. Ahh, but they are far to busy being successful, I guess only people who have the time to commit such illegalities and civil rights violations would actually have the time to consider that.<GGGGGGGG>

PS I am not an attorney, but some of them that I work with read this thread, maybe I'll get some feedback.
