Marvin, IMHO, since it appears that we need more than just good news to support the stock (ie. good earnings), I'd take advantage of this "back to 10 at option expiration time" and buy some further out
options while they're "cheap" again. Then, as soon as IDX rallies
again, as it seems to do after expiration, sell the Jan.s ASAP.
What you're doing is rolling them out to take better advantage of
the earnings release. The January expiration may be too soon and
you may miss the move (assuming, of course earnings will be good:).
