mostly they are poor because they are stupid. one dumb decision after another. Like instead of opening a bank acct they cash their checks at a liquor store costing themselves 2-10%. Not paying a fine or ticket until it triples with penalities. Buying an expensive car that depriciates right away. NEVER EVER saving anything becAUSE money burns a hole in their pockets. A woman I know bragged about how her credit card increased her limit by a 1000 she said she went out and bought herself a 1000 camera, someone near by said doesn't your cell phone have a camera. she said this one is cooler, she will never figure out to use it nor take any great pictures, just wasted a 1000 bucks and the interest which will probably be another 1000 bucks
