Medium to short term swing trades. I don't usually do options, but they are appropriate at times. I rarely short and again it still seems like we are 6-12 months away from a good op. Like you will change my opinion daily depending on what market/sectors are doing so IT/LT forecasts are more for fun than anything. I always like to have my trades have the possibility of IT/LT holding period, but if the profit is there and something else looks more compelling I exit so end up being more of a ST/IT swing trader for most trades.
