Be still in the midst of the noise is great advice.

I'm using this in my investment life and work life and so far it's proven the best option...do nothing.

I have stop losses set for all of my positions, 6 right now, and I plan to buy 2 more stocks. I've never been one to keep shares though. Then again, I have yet to experience some of the larger gains that would put me int he position to have multiple stop losses set for the same stock.

I try not to watch the market all day, everyday. I find that made me sell at the wrong times.
