Anybody know if a 0.35 micron P2 in existing motherboards can be replaced with a Deschutes?

My guess is that only the 333MHz Deschutes will work in an LX-chipset or earlier motherboard. The 350MHz and up models due by May require a different motherboard and chipset. Tell me if I'm wrong.
