Sure, this is all preliminary and it will be negotiated down before it is over. But there is nothing positive about it. And over time it gets far worse. We've already seen costs head through the roof AS PREDICTED:

..........I am not opposed to a plan to make health care reasonable in cost for the very large majority of people. But govt mandated Obamacare is NOT such a plan.....low cost plans are only low cost if you don't need them.............deductibles and co-pays are astronomical.... and now even premiums are skyrocketing....anyone that thinks that GOVT running out healthcare is the answer is just plain nuts. If elements in Congress came up with a plan to provide such affordable care outside the reach of Govt., all Ds and a majority of Rs would oppose it as an attack on their beloved "Big Govt" I have zero respect for clowns like Al who think Obamacrae is the answer. When all phases of Obamacare come into play, the actual costs will be staggering. Only idiots can't see that.
