it's not my fault that the I/S group at your compnay stinks... but, your compnay isn't the std. of what I/S is. I precieve you as a super user that somehow is able to survive and get problems solved despite all your I/S group can do "to" you...... and you may have to use the pc to get it done... but, in a real group I/S would be providing users with enabling technology that allowed them to destory the competiton, promote management effectiveness and increase productivity exponentially by drastically increasing the quality of business/mfg'ing processes while reducing cost and cycle times.
