"Nonetheless, without full disclosure of who he is and where he works, he is violating NASD and SEC laws, he must know this, you should know it."

Steve,

Thanks for starting this interesting thread. I am curious about the statement you made concerning Chris. If he does not knowingly endorse the buying or selling of specific securities, what law is he breaking?

Michael

Hi Steve,

Did you check out Christopher's email name: walletfull@xxx.com. Nothing like having it thrown in your face, is there? At whose expense did his wallet get full? Probably orphans, widows and active traders.

In the private chat room of traders I attend, market makers are refered to as GBMM's. The "G" stands for greedy. Thank goodness for the SOES'ers; otherwise we'd really be taken.

Best Trading, X

why make such a big deal about chris's identity ... what is your agenda in disclosing "chris" ?? just enjoy the info that you can't get anywhere else ....
chris i hope this hunt doesn't drive you away ..... you come accross as good and honest guy...
how is chris risking it all if so far he hasn't in any way even mentioned a single stock, and whatever insight about his job he shared is mostly based on sec rules anyway ??
well his eployer may not like this info sharing, but losing license and such seems a bit far fetched
we all can learn about MM's the hard way i.e . reading sec rules and regs
but chris gives us really the same insight in the form we all can relate to
steve you are a good guy too.. but please put the book away .. sometimes doing everything by the book is just counterproductive...
as far as dropping a stock name, which i doubt chris ever will, ...but if that happens .... the moment i see chris doing that i'll ignore that, because i don't trade stocks i don't follow and don't research myself ... even if soros himself told me buy /sell this or that

thanks chris enjoyed every one of your posts hope to see more
