Greg , re. #20 reason for selling stock , change in interest rates..
At the start of a bear market that is the number one reason for SELLING a stock , since debt instruments are promising greater returns
and liquidity .
I was giving reasons for holding/buying stock , lower interest rates mean lower expenses for corpns and also allow a lower yield on equities as fair value in comparison to interest bearing instruments,
