Hi Jesse. I have been a lurker on this thread for the past few months. You and others on this thread seem to cover the qestions that come up concerning QDEK. However I have not heard comments as to why Joe Cheng defected to Syncronys Software. This guy was a veteran marketer who was Quarterdecks Director of Asian Sales and Marketing. He was credited with lauching CleanSweep which as we know became the Best Software of the Year in Japan. His background in software and marketing is impectable. With Hessler stating that Quarterdecks Asians sales represent 20% of total sales and he would like that to increase to 50% why did allow this guy to leave. Did Cheng see something other then a turn around that would make him jump ship to a company that has less then 4 million in sales?
