Let me see, Qwest had already announced plans for 7.5 cent a minute service. That must be great for TALK, right? It was indeed ingenious for Boris Karlow to pay a billion dollars (in the future, of course) to market to AOL'ers. They are the only ones who will think it is a good deal when cheaper service can be had.
