Dear Marty,

I'd rather see the $1.07 a share in capitalization signed off on by Deloitte Touche before I attempt an answer.

Best regards,

M.M.

Marty,

Get real!

Your spewing some pretty serious crap about things you have no proof
of.

Did Stamm tell you that the Aussies screwed him?

Your speculation? I would be very careful with that. You could see
a case # with your name on it.

After our phone conversation last night, I would sooner trust a damn
snake!

Where else are you going to find a company that is valued at $1.07 a share in
capitalization selling for $0.12 a share? You don't find discounts like that often.

How in the WORLD do you come up with *that* statement???

respectfully,
cAPSLOCK

P.S. I know how you came up with it, so don't feel you need to explain. :) And I will lick your boots when the 'fat lady sings', but the opera hasnt even started yet. Five violinists and a percussionist in the same room aint the same thing as Don Giovanni. :)

Hmm wait a minute. Don Giovanni has no fat lady in it does it?

well :)
