Kevin.......since GRM is wanting to improve the price of their shares,, why would they not just buy all the GRM shares from BVG AND THEN RETIRE THEM, at these prices it would make sense, maybe too many regulations ,,instead of lending them money , THEY WOULD THEN HAVE ABOUT 12 SHARES MILLION LEFT SAM
