The one positive he doesn't anticipate is it would create an opportunity for poor people to get into the off the books gasoline buying and reselling business.

BTW Rat actually proposed to LOWER gasoline taxes on people making < 17K.

People and businesses making < $17K pay 10 cents/gal, and people and corporations making more than $250K pay $75.

I looked it up and CA's gasoline tax is $.36 a gallon now. Rat's plan would have the effect of INCREASING gasoline consumption. Not just for their own use but for reselling to higher income people.

Liberal ideas. They're all idiotic.
