Joel, all. I've been gone from this thread for quite some time. I posted here that we would never see a price under $28 or something like that. When I saw it I got the hell out. That said the fundamentals remain the same and the company is still very well run. However, the market could care less for such logic and will never value Innovex anywhere near the PE it deserves. Like it or not, Innovex is in a cyclical industry and will always sport a low PE. No amount of pounding on the table will change that. I've always been a bull on this company because of Haley and the company's track record, but you can't fight the tape. In hindsight all stock decisions change, but long term investing always pays off if the fundamentals check out. They do in this case. Look at the weekly chart for the past 4 years. It's just that you've got to do some market timing to play cyclicals. This ain't no Merck or Intel. Good luck all. I hope to pick up some more Innovex after this industry starts to turn around. Hey joel: i like you post better than diamonds post. i have to agree with you on basics. i am not a TA in any regard i just read and follow the stocks. When one bucks the trends as hard as INVX has done lately i have to assume that SOMEONE thinks that they have a special position. In one sense that means they haven't fallen as far and so will not make a huge move up to balance. in another sense it means that SOMEONE thinks they are a better buy than most and will be rewarded when things straighten out. Hey , I' dlove for it to go to 35 next week but I am in a lot of ways a long term player. otherwise I'd be buying calls and selling puts on everything. the stuff i've been in for a few years is all well up . Long winded way to say " okay market do your damndest" i am not selling for a while ( unless there is a huge up swing) so lets get it on! CRdoug
