David - I agree that it is not desirable from a shareholer's angle of view, but this is the only good about it, the decline in share price I mean - besides buying more at fire sale prices (just this week I made 5 points of realised gain on CYBE using only my trading position and I invested that in BORL today). Of course, there would be a point where the shareholders of VSGN would not like the price and may vote the thing off. I think that would not be a good thing for Borland, long term, if the deal is cancelled. Regards... Ghassan.
