AVNT was ordered to hand over AQUARIUS source code to CDN for examination and ARCELL has been shut down. I'm guessing that the little rally in AVNT was related to the general lift in NASDAQ at the end of the day and options related arbitrage. I wonder if anyone out there was stupid enough to buy the stock thinking that this signals the big turnaround for AVNT? If so, they're in for more nasty surprises. That's what I love about this market...hope springs eternal and the sucker supply is nearly endless.
