Now I understand the publicity. Those "girl's nights out" as well as the introduction of his daughter to himself as a woman is all going to be fodder for the show. I'll bet the gender "counselor" is paid for by the show. Letting reality show considerations enter into something like this, makes this even more nuts. He even picked a name that will fit with the reality show family - Kris, Kim, Kanye, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie .... the only difference is his starts with a C io a K.
