EXACTLY Jeff and that is where you can selling them for the momentum get your investment out and leave the common alone. Very good Jeff. Basicallly if you excercise the warrants then MIDL will get $1.00 in there check book for issuing the share.

Warrants are hardly ever excercised.

How do you buy warrants? Can ya buy thru the internet brokers? Are these as options?
