I agree with a lot of what you have said, except I think Obummer is a lot smarter than you give him credit for. He looked at Clinton and followed in his footsteps…paved his way in gold for after his 2nd term. He's elevated selling out the American people to an art form. Foreign policy? There's no one to blame but himself for Libya, Honduras, yemen, large swathes of Africa, Syria, drones, G-bay, Ukraine, etc. Are the Republicans a collective can of dog turds? yes. Obummer has one upped even those stinking POS's.

You're contradicting yourself. If the programs "weren't yielding results" then there was no risk of being attacks as a result of cancelling the programs. Hence, the programs WERE yielding results. And Obama knew damned well they were. And in fact he could easily have cancelled those programs today and not fought for re-enactment if he believed now they weren't useful. Yet he didn't. You are totally in left field trying to defend this Chauncey Gardner, Stuffed Shirt, Do-nothing, know-nothing president.
