Just goes to show even when you get things right things can go wrong - I feel like I own Bre X - If I ever pull myself above water I will be rotating into GE and Coke and other 40 P/E stocks because that is the only stocks people do not sell, Seriously I talked to KEG management the other day and they said that things are strong and that is why they felt comfortable making some recent aquisitions - Well people are still selling KEG at a 9 p/e to next years numbers. Ken Hebner from Capital Growth just said on cnbc to stay away from oil service said that if oil prices shrink profits will disapear - said capacity is rising - Really i have not seen alot of new build contracts.
