And why not raise yoru state gas tax to $15? Don't you want to encourage alternative energy? BTW I propose NY state slap a $15 a gallon tax on heating fuel too.
Might not be a bad idea......would kick the shit out the Texas oil business.... But why only tax NY, how about the whole country??? Who can I say made the proposal?
