Short term the "asia meltdown" is going to create enormous opportunities in the tech field.

Cisco is a core holding for those who understand the future implications of the technology revolution.

I just love the U.S. market. Greenspan has lots of room to lower intrest rates if needed. Japan does not have that luxury, so they will have more pain in the near future at least.

No offense received , it's just that the future is not as bleak as a lot of people think it is.

Now is the opportune time to be looking for bargins in Asia.

regards

Eric

at least, i will not short or buy put option of CSCO.
everytime, CSCO is always the first to rebound
in the recent market turmoil. Only CSCO and IBM are
the high tech stocks that hold up.

here are the charts of CSCO and IBM

>>>The only thing i wanted to put across is: if i had huge gains with CSCO, i would consider selling. Where do you expect CSCO to go ? Do you buy a stock without having a target ?<<<

That's exactly right...that's why I sold my 27 month hold. CSCO is fully valued. Did I take a wrong turn? I must have wandered into the Motley Fool...
