Here's a list from Excelsior's Gunnison PFS: They don't list water supply as a risk in their PFS although they acknowledge permitting in Arizona can be an arduous and unpredictable task. The APP permit looks like the big one for any of these projects. I'm thinking it would be best for CUU to sell before they test the permitting process. The Gunnison project has some good economics and could be bought for a low price so I'm not putting any expectations on Van Dyke. It also looks like El Nino is not going to provide rains to Arizona this year so any water usage will continue to be a fight.
