I am not saying there are three contracts!! I am only saying that those that are out aren't the 3unless WSTL lied about "CUSTOMERS MUST ANNOUNCE". Now, I personally believe this: 1.) either 3 signed under constraints that development meets deadlines or they are voided!! 2.) or SEAMAN lied and gambled that 3 would be signed (doubt it) 3.) or finally, 3 were signed , however, customer wants to be closer to deployment date to announce. But DAMN IT, WSTL should at least come out with a reaffirming statement!!!!!!
