Of course you're right! That's why Buffett rightfully says his secretary pays a higher income tax rate than he does.

You don't think those massive contributions to politicians are based on ideology do you? When you drop over a million bucks on the drum you get to call the tune!

This is the Bernie Sanders demagogue tactic. "It just isn't fair."

But, of course, it IS fair. Capital gains must be taxed at a lower rate than ordinary income. It cannot be any other way. But the masses don't understand it; hell, they can't even do their own tax returns.
