You didnt get my question which was hypothetically if they had $5 million in the bank what would you think of this situation. I got out because I do not beleive the money will come in and I beleive there may be some serious blood on the floor soon assuming I am right. But just ignore reality (or our version thereof) and tell me your take under this hypothesis.

Since you didn't recall that you posted on the IOM thread, and suggested shorting IOM, maybe you don't recall that the bottling facilities will be completed in 4 months time to fill several million dollars worth of back logged RMCW orders for Tiawan, The investor is Asian BTW. THe only "damage" done, is your slander and selective memory,
