Rick, RE:CPQ,MSFT,INTC. Look pretty good, especially at current
levels. I am still leery on MSFT. I learned that MSFT has earned and
hidden a lot of money (legally), so show me the money is not a
problem with MSFT. It's the image that stink.

Do you know how Democrat won the last 2 terms? It's that "we are
not working for the RICH, we are working for the people, YOU".

That's Bill and MSFT's problem. Also, now that he has so much money,
he wants to let people know that he earned it and not by 'being at
the right place at the right time'. Sorry, he is no dummy, but that's
about all I can credit him. Yes, he is very RICH, that too.

BTW, I just noticed, you are also RICH.

unix is growing at 25-30% not bad for a business which is 4-5x as large as the NT marketplace. HP has had to backpeddle so hard on the NT/Unix issue it busted a spleen to show that it was not giving up on unix in favor of NT. Unix (particularly Solaris) runs well on Intel and the recent announcement between Sun and Intel re Merced show that NT is not synonomous with Intel for the corporate marketplace.
