"Can you imagine Windows without Solitaire? A Sunday night call to Micron's toll-free support line produced a friendly tech who gave me a simple way to activate the programs, but unless you're a Windows 95 maven, you're unlikely to figure it out on your own." fortune magazine article

1. this person is definitely no techie, games are no longer a default automatically installed in win95.

2. micron tech support is fantastic. i have dealt with them several times. they do not send a technician out on a "dead" pc as hp or cpq does, but will have you tear the machine apart first. one time i had to leave a user with a penny to start her pc, the switch had gone bad, and if she turned it off by accident. it took 2 weeks for micron to send me a new switch to install.
