Added some QSII ( new CEO announced) and sold VTR (another of the REITs selling off). It seems like several of these value based REITs are no longer values if/when rates increase. More on the VTR trade here: Dividend Investing for Retirement Will move out of some or all REITs in next several months (even the medical REITs) and see if I can put the proceeds into other dividend growers (4% dividend or higher) that have little to no debt.
