I like this Hanks quote:

If you would have told me a few years ago that ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ would be repealed and about a billion jobs at General Motors and Chrysler would have been saved because the president was smart enough and strong enough and bold enough to do so, I would have said, ‘Wow. That’s a good president, I think I’ll vote for him again.’ 7

Heh, by the stds of Aligheri and tejek, he's a racist. And what they call a "winger."

Because he played a descendent of Nathan B Forrest, who broke up a Black Panther Party, was a war hero (and a super soldier according to his drill sergeant) who went on to become rich, who was a church goer, and who saved his liberal drug using hippie dippie childhood sweetheart.

I mean Aligheri's city in Alabama is irredeemably racist because it USED to have a statue of Gump's ancestor in it.

I think its nuts for people to call Jews Christ killers because of what happened at the hands of a handful of leaders 2000 years ago ... but I wonder what is the real difference between hurling Christ killers at Jews and you posting old pictures of burning crosses to Christians today? It seems pretty similar to me.
