Bill,

Notice that the Russell 2000 was down only 0.1%, dow over 1% and the nasdaq actually up a bit....my small cap holdings held up quite well in the morning selloff and some were actually up for the day. It really seems that alot of accumulation has been occurring in this area and 1998 should be their year...this group has better earnings growth that the large caps and the market will reward it for that.

Sorry for the intrusion but WE ARE IN A BEAR MARKET SINCE AUGUST 1997. The market is just forming a distribution pattern, which runs counter to some very strong seasonal upward bias. Come January and earnings = WATCH OUT!!
