Not really. Sure, such things can happen, but is also possible a solid diamond meteor could slam into my backyard. Or all of the atoms in my body simultaneously vibrating in the 'up' direction flinging me into the sky. Yes, such things are possible, but the odds are tiny.

Oh, by the way, the Seat Belt Extenders of Death were totally ludicrous.

Living in fear of extremely low probability events is a sign of, well, I am not sure. Maybe a limited intellect. Certainly not a healthy mind.
