No. It is to prevent fraud in the first place by making patrons understand they will be caught if they try it. In fact, casinos spend far more money on fraud prevention each year than have been taken from them IN THE HISTORY OF CASINOS. Why do they do that? Because they understand that if you have no fraud prevention you'll be taken. Why does Medicare have such a huge fraud problem yet commercial insurance companies do not?

in md on the voter regis card there is a square to check off. "Are you a citizen", they don't check it if you lied. So you get regis and you get to vote. citizen or not. it's what the dems want
