Certainly good news to see VLNC up 12+% when the overall market finished down (although the NSDQ eeked out a small gain)! Please report in if and when you hear anything.

From the looks of the chart, someone bought in big at the end of the day. Hard to tell if it's options expiry related. Although most options are left to expire (no one really exercises the option), maybe someone who owned a big lot of Dec. 5s went ahead and exercised, thus pushing the stock up to near $5. There were 2 large blocks at the end of the day, so maybe the person figured that it made sense to exercise and buy the stock at $5 since the option itself was worthless at $4.25 (knowing that the stock itself should do well in 98).

Who knows on an options expiration day.

All with anything to share, please do so! It'll be interesting to see where we open next Monday, and where we'll be in 98.
