Jake-

It is apparent that Zsolt isn't your greatest fan either...

I got a response from Zsolt himself today a fax with his signature
text follows:

RE: Your Fax of December 18, 1997

Dear Mr .....:

Unfortunately, people on the internet and irresponsible reporters have no rules to observe but Zoltek, as a publicly held company, does.

This is a free country and we cannot do much about the information that people elect to put on the internet or media - good or bad. We also have much more important things to do than to respond to all such attacks.

However, as always, we stand behind all the information we send out and each investor has to decide which is a more credible source. I hope you decide to trust Zoltek instead of sources hiding behind fictitious names and with unknown motives.

Thank you for your interest in Zoltek. I assure you that the company's 1700 plus employees, including myself, are doing our very best to accomplish our stated objectives of the Zoltek 2000 Plan.

Sincerely,
ZOLTEK COMPANIES, INC.

Jake - you have already waffled....while Zsolt may not have responded to specific innuendo, unless you personally know the man and have irrefutable proof that certain things really happened, seems to me, you need to take your trash elsewhere.

Regards,

Mike

You won't get an apology from me (for exposing you)! It was WAY obvious that you and David had inside information (regardless of whether you two ARE actual insiders). And your last post reinforces that. "Uneccessarily"? Do you think the rest of us (who are investing without this information) care if you get into trouble? You've already demonstrated an unwillingness to share information BEFORE the stock has reacted to it, so you're of no use to us. I gave you lots of opportunities to participate here in a constructive manner, and you were evasive (until after the stock crashed). Zack's saved me, you didn't.

Has it even occured to you why investing with inside information is illegal? If you never make another post here it won't make a bit of difference. Because there's no credibility (significant explosions!) and you're motives for posting aren't for the purpose of investing (or are you going to retract that too?).

ALL: I'm sorry if you feel I've eliminated a source of information, but this was like making a pact with a thief. Bad idea.
