"Rat says 6% more water in the air."

There is at least 50X more water in the atmosphere than CO2 yet it has pretty much the same heat capacity. CO2 concentration is way down in the noise when it comes to heat capacity of the overall atmosphere and the increase over the last century couldn't account for your alleged temperature increases. I do agree that warmer air is able to hold more moisture but the heat needs to come from somewhere and it isn't from CO2 heat capacity.
