You can rest assured that I voted for the sales tax increase in 2012, a local tax increase for the library in '11, and a school bond property tax increase issue last year.
And that helped the homeless ... how?

There's a reason why a new tax isn't being proposed to directly deal with the homeless issue, and it has nothing to do with the rich residents of Hillsborough.
