Norm, just as in the case with MSFT, if I don't like your service, I will choose another service. You would not "own" my service, I would be buying it from you. When dissatisfied, I would buy from someone else. The same goes for OS/2, Mac OS, Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc. You gave a very bad example. The key is being "dissatisfied". The public is not dissatisfied with MSFT, just you techies, and MSFT's competitors.
