ISIS is a special case. Even al Qaeda has disowned them. For the rest of Islam, any proof that age 9 is considered the age of consent across all Islam? Are there places where it happens? Wouldn't be surprised. But that happens in some Christian cults in the US. Does that means the rest of the country accepts it? According to the wikipedia, it is all over the place. There is no consistent age amongst Islamic countries. Many are similar to the West. en.wikipedia.org Others aren't. With parental and/or court consent, many Islamic countries allow marriages earlier than 18. But so does the US. In New Hampshire, marriages as young as 13 can happen. en.wikipedia.org
