The Most recent SEC filing explains the warrants. I have a post explaining it also on this thread. However I never expect to execise the warrants. The price you are refering to is I believe $2.50 for 10 days and there is no exercise date the warrants are good till Oct 2001 and the buy back at that time is .10.

Again they are the BTS buy for MIDL. Exercising the warrants will dilute the stock so I will not even consider the dilution and shoot myself in the foot. However as a source to get back initial it is a great market.
