Cool. How about global temperature for the last 11,000 years?
That's easy. I'll come up with a program that says the following:

if (year < 1910) then temperature = average
if (year > 1910) then temperature = OMG_ITS_RISING

I'll come up with some scientific-sounding B.S. that justifies this "model" of global temperatures. This will pass "peer review" because the ones doing the "reviewing" will agree with both my "justification" and my results.

Then I'll get climate change grants from the U.N. and continue "reconstructing" data that leads to the same conclusions.

So easy, a caveman^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hliberal can do it.
