Yeah. As time goes on, it keeps exceeding projections. I suppose part of the reason is that there was a good chance of one forming last year and it never happened. In March, they were doubting it would last into June. That link says 80% chance of through the winter.

Ironically, it will help with CA's drought conditions while at the same time, pushing the PNW into a drought scenario.
