tower could be sold in early 1998 at probably 17-20 dollers. why? towers parents company, data system &software,(dssi) just got a 13 d filing from instititions pushing for manegement changes and to increase sharehollder value. dssi controls 51% of tower and controls the company and dssi shareholders i believe are going to push or force dssi management to sell tsemf outright. even in this tech disaster i believe they would get 1.8X book value or 17-20. dssi management are getting pushed to increase shareholder value, the easiest thing for them to this will be to sell tsemf. they own tsemf for under 8 million dollerss. at 20 its worth over sixty million. keep an eye on dssi, their already has been a 13d filing and now we have to wait to see what dssi does. if dssi management is forced out by these institutions the first thing they will do is try to sell tsemf.

Mark, I went to see my broker this morning before the market opened (Scottsdale Securities). I brought them a box of cookies and in the back of my mind I was thinking .." if I'm nice to them maybe they will let me off a bit easier on margin calls" .. of which, God knows, I've had lots of lately! I bought a few thousand more shares of TSEMF through the day and then went to an X-Mas party. Boy was I surprised and happy too, to see the move up near the close when I got back to my office.

Here is my theory ... If all of us on this thread take our X-Mas present money, X=Mas bonus money, Haunkkah money, yearend bonusses, etc. and buy more TSEMF ... then it's bound to go up and we all get rich. What do you think? Shall we do it??
